What should I wear?
Wear comfortable workout clothing suitable for heat and movement. Women typically wear shorts, tank tops, or sports bras; men wear shorts or swim trunks with an optional T-shirt. Avoid loose-fitting pants or socks that could interfere with your practice.
What should I bring to class?
Bring a yoga mat, a large towel for your mat, water, and optionally a smaller towel for after class.
What if I have injuries, illnesses, or am pregnant?
Please consult your doctor before attending, especially if you have had surgery, chronic conditions, injuries, or are pregnant. Always inform your teacher of any conditions so they can provide modifications and ensure your safety. Pregnant students should call the studio before attending heated classes.
What if I’m not flexible?
Perfect! Yoga and Pilates are not about existing flexibility. The practice develops strength, stretches your body and spine, and gradually increases flexibility. Listen to your body—never push past your limits, and it’s normal to feel dizzy, lightheaded, or nauseated initially. Your teacher will guide you with compassion and respect, and everyone focuses on their own practice, not on you.
FAQ
Should I eat or drink before class?
Classes are 60 or 90 minutes, depending on the type. Plan to stay in the room for the entire class.

For maximum benefits, practice 3–4 times per week or at least 10 times per month. Regular attendance accelerates results.
